Junkovic pled guilty in November of 2014 to 2nd and 3rd Degree Criminal Tax Fraud, 1st Degree Offering a False Instrument for Filing and 1st Degree Falsifying Business Records and will be sentenced to one to three years behind bars for failing to pay nearly $150,000 dollars in personal income taxes between 2008 and 2011. Junkovic, who ran two organizations geared to assisting cancer patients, skipped out on filing several NYS tax returns and failed to report the income he collected from the organizations on the returns he did file during the three year period.

Edmonds is charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 1st Degree Manslaughter and 2nd Degree Kidnapping for the March 29th, 2012 death of Sienna Edwards. Edmonds allegedly threatened the victim during a dispute in her Tremont apartment after which she fell 14 stories to her death.

Robertson is charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Murder for the November 15th, 2006 asphyxiation death of Stacey Inman. Inman’s body was found stuffed in a garbage bag near Rosewood Park. Inman, a 24-year-old nursing student, was pregnant at the time of her death.

Cartagena is charged with 2nd Degree Murder and Manslaughter for the October 27, 2014 death of his two- month-old nephew, Joemill Greer. Cartagena, who was babysitting the infant at the time of his death, is alleged to have struck the victim numerous times in the head.

Rodriguez-Pumarejo is charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 1st Degree Manslaughter, and 4th Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon for the September 25th, 2014 death of his girlfriend, Tynasha Robinson. Rodriguez-Pumarejo is accused of stabbing his girlfriend in the neck with a knife and barricading himself in their Soundview apartment until hostage negotiators were able to gain entry and place him under arrest.

Canturencia is charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 1st Degree Manslaughter, 2nd Degree Assault and additional crimes for the January 5th, 2014 death of his wife, Toribia Hernandez. Canturencia is accused of stabbing his wife multiple times with two knives at the couple's Walton Avenue apartment while in the presence of Hernandez’s two daughters, one of whom was also stabbed in the abdomen.

James is charged with Murder 2, Manslaughter 1 and other crimes and other crimes for the September 9th, 2013 death of his father, Ivan James Sr.  16 years old at the time, the defendant is accused of stabbing his father and striking him in the head with a blunt object, causing his death.

Coleman is facing charges of 2nd Degree Murder and 2nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon for the March 4th, 2015 death of Eusebio Mendez. Coleman, along with two other unapprehended accomplices, is accused of entering the victim’s Williamsbridge Road apartment, shooting the victim in the head, and removing some of his personal property before exiting the premises.

Davis and Campos are accused of robbing and shooting Yang for his iPhone. Days before Yang’s murder, all three defendants were involved in a separate incident for which Williams alone is charged with 1st Degree Robbery.

Pasols is facing charges of 2nd Degree Strangulation, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, and other related crimes for the December 15th, 2014 strangulation of a Horizon Juvenile Center resident where Pasols was employed as a counselor. Pasols allegedly squeezed the victim’s neck with both hands, pulled him down on the floor by his hair, and punched him twice in the face, causing the patient to suffer an epileptic seizure.

Norwood is facing charges of 1st Degree Attempted Murder, 2nd Degree Menacing and other related crimes for a February 17th, 2015 altercation involving his ex-girlfriend, Diana Martinez. Norwood is accused of setting the victim on fire in her Mapes Avenue apartment causing her to suffer 1st and 2nd degree burns to her hands and face.

Goldstein is facing 2nd Degree Aggravated Harassment for a series of threatening phone calls in September 2014 made to a complainant (see second case, below), the Defendant alleging the complainant had made false allegations about him.  Both Goldstein and the complainant are veterans who met through their weekly visits to a VA hospital.

Hyland, a fixture on Lifetime’s Dance Moms, is facing charges of 3rd Degree Assault and 2nd Degree Harassment for the November 24th, 2013 attack of dance coach Abigale “Abby Lee” Miller. Hyland is accused of grabbing and pulling out Miller’s hair and hitting her in the face. The alleged physical altercation took place after a heated verbal exchange between the two.
