Dorsainvil, Huggins, and Anglin, New York City Correction Officers, are charged with allegedly assaulting an inmate at a Rikers Island facility and filing false reports in order to justify their use of force against the inmate. Three defendants are charged with “Acting-in-Concert” in the alleged beating of Carl Williams on March 15, 2013 at the George Motchan Detention Center on Rikers Island.
