Ramos, a New York City police officer, faces Attempted Grand Larceny, Attempted Robbery, Official Misconduct and Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance charges in a case that uncovered alleged widespread acts of (and related indictments for) ticket-fixing, drug dealing, and sale of counterfeit DVDs.

The jury will begin its deliberations at 1pm on Monday, October 27th.

Derek Glover is charged with attempted murder in the December, 2013 incident in which he is accused of stabbing the mother of his child in the back with a kitchen knife, as well as stabbing her boyfriend in the back multiple times.  Both victims were seriously injured.

Murphy and Ocasio, two NYPD officers, were convicted of Attempted Assault in the 3rd Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following a bench trial.  They took 17-year-old Tyre Davis into an alleyway and punched and kicked him.

Lee is charged with Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degrees, and other crimes for allegedly firing at  Raymond Jenkins multiple times, hitting him twice in the back, requiring surgery to repair a ruptured artery and other injuries.  The dispute on September 4, 2011 arose when the victim allegedly tried to break up a fight involving relatives of Lee’s.

Ulmer, a toll-taker at the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge, is charged with Grand Larceny, Tampering With Public Records and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, for collecting tolls for vehicles that went through her Cash lane, but entering them as eligible for cheaper tolls, allegedly pocketing the difference.  Toll booth surveillance video captured her alleged wrongdoing between March and Sept. 2013.
